1986年，公司總經(jīng)理張愛(ài)臣先生退伍回鄉(xiāng)后，與南京化工研究所共同研發(fā)MC尼龍材料在棒材與板材上的運(yùn)用，并于1987年成立寶應(yīng)魯垛特種尼龍器材廠。

1992年成立寶應(yīng)新亞尼龍廠，主要生產(chǎn)各種規(guī)格的尼龍滑塊、滑輪、齒輪、管材等耐磨、耐腐件，產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)和技術(shù)參數(shù)完全達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求。

1996年成立寶應(yīng)文教塑料電器廠，繼續(xù)從事MC尼龍制品的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)和銷(xiāo)售工作，并于1998年更名為揚(yáng)州賽爾達(dá)尼龍制造有限公司。

2004年成立揚(yáng)州尼爾電器有限公司，專(zhuān)業(yè)生產(chǎn)MC尼龍電梯傳動(dòng)輪，2006年原揚(yáng)州尼爾電器有限公司更名為揚(yáng)州尼爾工程塑料有限公司，繼續(xù)從事MC尼龍電梯傳動(dòng)輪的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)和銷(xiāo)售。

2009年，為進(jìn)一步滿(mǎn)足日益增長(zhǎng)的市場(chǎng)需求，進(jìn)一步提升制造、辦公、信息化管理等水平，公司投入專(zhuān)項(xiàng)資金，新建尼龍輪生產(chǎn)線二期廠房和綜合辦公樓，并于2010年投入使用，產(chǎn)品年生產(chǎn)能力達(dá)60萬(wàn)套。

2013年，為進(jìn)一步提升市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，公司通過(guò)內(nèi)外環(huán)境和SWOT分析，決定投入專(zhuān)項(xiàng)資金新建三期廠房，新增與MC尼龍電梯傳動(dòng)輪配套的鈑金生產(chǎn)線，并于2014年全面投入使用。

公司技術(shù)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)經(jīng)過(guò)兩年不懈努力，成功研發(fā)出適用于中高速電梯運(yùn)行的離心聚合一體式金屬襯套新型尼龍輪，填補(bǔ)了國(guó)內(nèi)同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品的空白，2015年投放市場(chǎng)，獲得客戶(hù)一致好評(píng)，同時(shí)，成功獲批國(guó)家發(fā)明zhuanli和實(shí)用新型zhuanli認(rèn)定。

針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)電梯傳動(dòng)輪規(guī)格繁雜、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不一的現(xiàn)狀，為簡(jiǎn)化產(chǎn)品規(guī)格，滿(mǎn)足多方需求，經(jīng)過(guò)多年調(diào)研、分析和試驗(yàn)，對(duì)現(xiàn)有MC尼龍輪結(jié)構(gòu)、參數(shù)和尺寸進(jìn)行科學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)和規(guī)劃，形成一整套適合電梯行業(yè)MC尼龍傳動(dòng)輪生產(chǎn)、安裝和使用的系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

為著力構(gòu)建MC尼龍輪澆鑄自動(dòng)化和智能化工藝新體系，公司歷經(jīng)三年市場(chǎng)調(diào)研和研發(fā)，在第四代澆鑄設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)上，與設(shè)備制造商成功研發(fā)第五代MC尼龍輪全自動(dòng)澆鑄設(shè)備，并擁有多項(xiàng)國(guó)家發(fā)明和實(shí)用新型zhuanli。

為進(jìn)一步提高服務(wù)電梯行業(yè)的能力和水平，公司投入專(zhuān)項(xiàng)資金，一是通過(guò)精益生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)思想對(duì)原電梯鈑金件生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行升級(jí)改造，以期獲得產(chǎn)能加倍、周轉(zhuǎn)加速、物流高效的新生產(chǎn)線，二是全自動(dòng)MC尼龍輪澆鑄設(shè)備一、二期共十臺(tái)完成工藝布局、安裝調(diào)試并投入使用，生產(chǎn)效率、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量大幅提升。
